No matter where you are in SA, your dog is at risk because this virus is everywhere!
Canine parvovirus is a highly contagious virus that can affect ALL dogs, but unvaccinated dogs and puppies younger than four months old are the most at risk.
This infographic is educational in nature but hopefully it makes you stop and think and also check that your own dogs vaccinations are 100% up-to-date.
If you have let the vaccinations slip by a couple of months then there is no time like the present to visit your local vet and make sure your animals are vaccinated which will give you peace of mind that your furry best friend is protected!
